Apparently what we once thought impossible has been theoretically achieved, Windows XP on a Mac. Ramblings of a Computer Guru gives step-by-step instructions on how you should, again theoretically since the new Macbooks aren’t available yet, be able to do it. One interesting thing about this method though, you need a Windows Vista DVD. Hmm? Why would you put XP on your Mac if you already have a copy of Vista? Beats me. Oh well. I wonder if this guy will win the big reward.
However, someone over at allocinit.net basically says that the “Computer Guru” is just blowing smoke.
My level of geekhood isn’t quite high enough to know exactly what these two people are saying, so I’m just going to sit back and enjoy the ride while the real geeks to all the dirty work come the Macbook’s release.
