Since I found CalendarHub the other day, and have Gmail which includes a contact list, all I needed to replace Outlook was a task/to do list. The next day, my quest had been completed. After reading Dion Hinchcliffe’s post on the best web 2.0 software of 2005 I checked out his number one choice for online to do lists: voo2do. It’s a free service with tons of awesome features.

Voo2do uses ajax, but it stays simple, which I like. It lets you prioritize tasks, organize tasks by projects, e-mail tasks straight into voo2do, and a bunch of other stuff.
