I’m in my early twenties and I’ve been using computers literally as long as I can remember. We never had any Macintosh machines at my house, it was strictly IBMs. So I learned how to use DOS and Windows 3.x before I ever came across a Mac, and when I did first use one of those stupid moniter-and-everthing-else-in-one-plastic-case machines, I hated it. Since then, I’ve never given Macs a chance.
However, in the past two days, the blogosphere has been going nuts over this Macworld thing. So I began to think to myself, “maybe I’ve been missing something.” Now that they are switching to Intel processors and Scoble thinks that they’ll be able to run Windows as well as OS X, maybe I should give Apple a second chance.
Oh well, not like it matters anyways, I’m a broke college student, Scoble’s 12-year-old kid has more money than me

If you like Linux, you’ll most likely like Mac OS X. I was a former Windows heavyweight, having grown up with DOS and Windows 3.x myself, but absolutely love OS X and its Unix roots. The hardware’s not too shabby, either.
